We understand that plans can change. PSG Academy Pro offers flexible options for families and players who need to modify their participation.

1. Credits & Rescheduling

If a player is unable to attend their scheduled program, PSG Academy Pro may offer a program credit or rescheduling option, subject to availability and the applicable program dates.

• Credits may be applied toward a future PSG Academy Pro program.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be limited to the same season or program year.
• Credits and rescheduling options are not guaranteed for last-minute cancellations and are subject to PSG Academy Pro approval.
• Any difference in program fees may apply when transferring to a different program or date.

2. Optional Cancellation Insurance

At the time of registration, families may purchase optional cancellation insurance. This option provides greater flexibility and may allow the participant to receive a full refund of program fees, subject to the terms of the cancellation policy.

The cancellation insurance fee is calculated based on the total program fees:

• Cancellation up to 30 days before the program start date: 4% of the total program fees.
• Cancellation up to the starting day of the program: 10% of the total program fees.

If cancellation insurance is purchased and the cancellation request is submitted within the applicable period, the remaining eligible program fees will be refunded.

3. Cancellations Without Cancellation Insurance

If cancellation insurance was not purchased, cancellations are generally eligible for a program credit or rescheduling option, rather than a monetary refund.

Any credit or rescheduling request must be submitted to PSG Academy Pro in writing and will be reviewed based on availability and the circumstances of the cancellation.

4. No-Show & Early Departure

No refunds or credits will be provided for:

• Failure to attend the program without prior notice.
• Late arrival or missed training sessions.
• Voluntary withdrawal after the program has started.
• Early departure from the program for personal reasons.
• Dismissal from the program due to violation of PSG Academy Pro rules, policies, or Code of Conduct. 

5. How to Request a Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted by email at [email protected] and must include:

• Player’s full name
• Program and dates of participation
• Registration/order number
• Parent/guardian name
• Reason for cancellation

The applicable cancellation date will be determined based on the date PSG Academy Pro receives the written cancellation request.

6. No Exclusions or Qualifying Reasons Required

PSG Academy Pro does not require families to provide a specific qualifying reason in order to request a cancellation.

There are no exclusions based on the reason for cancellation. Families may request cancellation for any reason, and the applicable refund, credit, or rescheduling option will be determined solely according to the cancellation date and whether optional cancellation insurance was purchased.

Families are not required to provide supporting documentation or prove that their reason meets a specific eligibility criterion.

Important

Cancellation insurance must be purchased at the time of registration. It cannot be added after the registration has been completed or after a cancellation request has been submitted.

By completing registration, the participant and parent/guardian acknowledge and agree to the PSG Academy Pro Cancellation & Refund Policy.
